How Do I Return an Item To AFF Store ?
AFF Online Store Web Store Return Policy:
We are happy to accept returns sent back to us within 7 days from delivery date.
If you receive your ordered product damaged, Shipment charges for returns will be managed by AFF Store .
If you are not satisfied from the quality of ordered product, Shipment charges for returns will be managed by the buyer.
Once the item is returned in its original condition and packaging, we will issue your refund, less courier shipping charges. Refund claims will be settled within 24 hours of receiving the return from customer.
Any return sent from customer found damaged will not be entertained. We expect the customer to pack the parcels properly.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled because as soon as an order is confirmed, it is handed over to the courier.
